What is a good leader? Is it someone who gives a good example for others? Is there someone who can make people do things they do not want to do? Is it someone with a good handshake? All these factors are part of what makes a good leader (yes, even a handshake), but often people do not pay attention to the spiritual side of leadership. Corporate spiritual leadership is not necessarily religious. It just means that the director has a strong relationship with his most intimate thoughts. Everyone has an inner guide that will help us in life, if only it were open enough to listen.

Leaders who are more likely to be consistent with himself to make the right decisions for their business, because they follow their instincts and gut feelings. I’m sure you’ve been in a situation where you’re not sure about something, because a little voice in your head you have taken for granted. Did you hear that voice or you ignore?
